President
& CEO
Founded Pyramid Flowers with a vision of producing hard-to-grow
specialty cut flowers. A graduate of Cal Poly State University,
San Luis Obispo, he has refined his knowledge and dedication
to constantly raise the standard through employing and
motivating experienced individuals. He is married to Edith, who
shares his love and interest for the business and has two children
named Marcos and Silvia. Fred enjoys running and playing tennis
in his spare time.
Customer Service
Debbie joined the Pyramid team in 1998. She is a
native of New York, but was raised in Southern
California. Debbie comes from a diversified background
that includes insurance claims management, retail service
and office management. She is a proud mother of two girls
Mandi and Kristy. They live in Newbury Park and enjoying
traveling and staying fit.

in Camarillo and has four

Lynn
was born and raised in the Imperial Valley, California.
She graduated from Holtville High School with general
business studies. Lynn grew-up with a family in a farming/
agricultural background, and is the eldest of 10 siblings.
Lynn
moved to the Oxnard area in 1972, with her husband George
and their two sons. She has general office experience in
bookkeeping and has supervised produce lines. She started
with the floral industry in 1995 and joined Pyramid flowers in
May 1996. Her interests include sewing, various craft works
and
most of all being with her two beautiful grandchildren.

Transportation Manager
Franco Amar grew up in Oxnard, California. He
graduated from Eagle Rock High School in Los Angeles and
continued his education at Pasadena City College. Franco has
been married for ten years and now resides in Oxnard,
California with his wife and five kids. Franco began at Pyramid
flowers with a long history in the Transportation Industry. He
has experience at UPS and 12 years at Wilsey Bennett Co.
Franco joined Pyramid Flowers in 2003 and has been a good
fit from the start. Franco handles all our transportation needs
and packinghouse operations.

Sales
& Marketing Manager
Larry attended Ventura College for 2 years then worked for
a dairy where he managed several departments including
shipping & receiving, purchasing and distribution.
He joined Pyramid in May 2000 as packing manager. He is
married to Sofia Gelain from Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico and
has two daughters named Renee and Monica. He and his
family enjoy traveling, water skiing and golf.

Jennifer
is California native, attended CAL-POLY State University
majoring in Ornamental Horticulture, and has been in the floral
industry since 1992. She is married to Mark Rogers formally
from Liverpool England, now a U.S. citizen. Both are enjoying
being parents of Justin Jon, who was born on December 4, 2002.
